The seven-stage
QC photo checklist.
A clear review order keeps you focused on visible evidence and makes it easier to explain any concern precisely.
Order match
Confirm the item, colour, version, size and quantity against your order. Check that accessories or removable parts shown in the listing are present.
Overall condition
Scan every angle for obvious stains, scratches, tears, crushed areas or distortion. Make sure the product has not been photographed in a way that hides a major section.
Shape & symmetry
Compare left and right sides, panel alignment and the overall silhouette. Small perspective differences are normal; large, consistent imbalances deserve a closer photo.
Construction
Zoom into seams, stitching, glued edges, print borders, embroidery, zips, buttons and other joins. Look for loose threads or visibly unfinished areas.
Labels & details
Confirm the visible model, size and care labels. Compare logos, text and decorative details with the source listing while allowing for lighting and camera sharpness.
Measurements
Read the ruler rather than estimating from the photo. Compare the warehouse measurement with the seller chart and a similar item that already fits you.
Shipping readiness
Check fragile areas, protective packaging and included parts. If something remains unclear, request a targeted extra photo before approving shipment.
Request a focused image when a specific, decision-relevant area is missing or genuinely ambiguous. Name the area and angle you need; “more photos” is less useful than “a close-up of the left heel seam.”
